"We recently relocated to Washington from the UK and needed to sort out auto, renters and umbrella insurance from scratch — with no US driving record and no prior US insurance, which turned out to be a complication at several other companies. I spoke with a number of people at this office while shopping around, and every one of them was professional, patient and genuinely helpful. They took the time to explain how the coverages worked rather than just quoting a number, answered a lot of questions without making me feel like I was wasting their time, and came back with the clearest and most competitive package of anyone I contacted. Emily was the last person I dealt with and was excellent, but it really was a whole-team effort. Highly recommended, especially if you're new to the US and figuring out insurance for the first time."
